Artistic ceramics: Nove Bassano is the most famous brand
The first known document mentioning Antonibon as a ceramic comes from September 3, 1685. Certainly in the second half of 1700, the family of Giovanni Battista Antonibon began producing majolica in cooperation with Francesco Parolin. It is these families who continue the tradition of ceramics today.
Later, the Antonibon production company expanded and became an important part of the Republic of Venice. Today, the Antonibon brand is known and renowned all over the world. Countless amounts of ceramics produced in this factory are today in museums, embassies, royal homes and private collections.
