Tea set "Pahlawi" (6 people) P.29.35
The Pahlavi dynasty (Persian: سلسله پهلوی) was the last Iranian royal dynasty, which ruled for about 53 years, from 1925 to 1979. The dynasty was founded by Reza Shah Pahlavi, a non-aristocratic Mandarin soldier in modern times, who adopted the name of the Pahlavi language used in the pre-Islamic Sassanid Empire. The Pahlavi family controlled all areas including porcelain factories. The pattern of the set comes from this period - more precisely the years: 50/60 te. Exceptionally beautiful with an unusual form and decoration, a treat for a collector!
